Fear of sperm 😭

Hi,

I’m new to this forum, I’ve just discovered it. I am really struggling with my ocd. It is based around a fear of sperm (which is really debilitating considering I am male). I have has it for 7 years and have tried all sorts from counselling and therapy to medication and hypnotherapy, I have done well to get it under control and can live and work but I don’t really have any sort of life and I feel that I cannot go on any longer like this :(
