Missed two days of my tablets

I forgot I had no more tablets and the docs are shut till tommorw

but now I feel all dizzy and if I turn around to quick feels like im going to fall over.


was it ok to miss these 2 days or not?

You are probably in withdrawal by stopping so quickly.

What tablets were they may I ask?

From what I understand (only from reading books and talking to the GP), you should be OK once you start them again. You should be able to go to an NHS drop in centre though and get some.

You are going into withdrawal - dizziness is very common - what you are describing is withdrawal symptom. Get some Prozac down yourself pronto. You shouldn't be too bad because Prozac does last in the system for quite a long time (can't remember exactly how many hours). You should never allow yourself to run out of your medication - although I have done it and know how easy it can be. A gp at a walk in centre could give you a script for a couple of tablets or else phone gp's surgery and tell them what you have done they will give you some immediately I would imagine. SSRI's are not the sort of medications you can "miss" days on.
