Anybody else get this

Afternoon all,

Just wondering if anybody else suffers with this and if it is a symtom of anxiety. I have what i think is tension at the back of my neck and in my shoulders, when i feel the top and back of my shoulders the muscles feel really hard.

Yes I get this. Its the muscle at the back of my neck that feels really hard - one side more than the other.

yes! my muscles at the back of my neck and shoulders used to be rock solid and painful. i used to get terrible headaches too. i now try to relax more and go for a massage once a month.:)

Yes, I get this too, hard knotty muscles in my neck, then the rest can go into spasm, right down into my shoulders. Get pain in the back of my head too. Lying flat helps, so does a warm shower or a wheatbag.
