Heart worries

Hi everyone.
Hope your all doing well?

My dad died in December. He had end stage heart failure, but this isn't what killed him, he died of pneumonia

My dad was overweight, had type 2 diabetes which to be honest he didn't control very well, and he was an alcoholic.

But I can't stop worrying that I am going to end up getting heart disease and heart failure too. His brothers also have heart problems, but again they are overweight and don't really look after themselves very well.

Always had worries about my heart but now I'm on the edge of panic thinking about it
