Pink Spotting After Sex

I haven't had sex in over 3 years but recently started dating someone. I won't go into the details but I have had cervical cancer anxiety forever and after I had sex last night i noticed slightly bloody discharge and then pink water? (1st time in 3 years, haven't used any penetrative toys in this time either)

I finished my period one 2 days before and I think he may have scratched me when fooling around. I'm trying not to freak out but alas here I am. My last 2 smears were negative HPV, most recent was 6 months ago.

We had sex again this morning and no Spotting this time.

Probably because you haven't had sex in so long so I wouldn't worry.
