I’ve had the upper arm ache since Monday afternoon. It was mostly mild. Then Tuesday afternoon, I worked my job and because I use my arms for the job, the arm pain got worse.
No pain medicine seems to work and no pain creams seem to work either. Only Icy Hot as worked, at least for one night. It’s to be determined if it’ll help me tonight or not.
I haven’t had any pressure in my chest or shortness of breath but I’m very worried this upper arm ache/pain is signaling something bad like a heart attack. My anxiety is going up just thinking of the possibility.
