So this morning I was woken up to this wired beating in my right leg above my keen/side of it. It will pluse like crazy for a few seconds (like 5/10 times) and then stop for a few minutes and then just start back up again. Is this something I should worry about? Anyone else have the same thing?

I get this when I’m dehydrated. Have some water and it’ll stop!
