Sore bump on tongue

Hi, I have had a cold for a couple of days and yesterday my tongue on one side felt really sore so I felt there and had a look and there's a small bump and what looks like two black dots. It feels like I've bitten it but I don't remember biting it. Anyone had anything like this? Can you bite your tongue in your sleep and not know? Could it be to do with the cold?

I would absolutely assume that you can bite your tongue in your sleep. I do some crazy things in my sleep! Best course of action is to monitor for a week or two. But I'm sure it's fine!
