Hot showers: numbness, tingling and pins and needles in extremities

Does anyone experience numbness, tingling or pins and needles in their fingers and toes in a hot shower? I know parasthesias are associated with anxiety, but is there any reason they would come on in a hot shower?

Sorry NoraB but do you mean you always feels the sensations in your extremities or you always have this experience when you have a hot shower? Thanks for your response

My extremities are always cold so as soon as they hit the hot water, I get redness and tingling (which can also last for hours)
