I have twitches in eyelids, biceps, butt, calfs, quadriceps...I wish it was only a lip to be honest :) . Usually twitching for us anxious people is due to stress.

My lips/mouth are twitching too. It keeps me awake at night. It's like a pulling or tugging sensation around my mouth that moves my lips and also an undulating sensation in the lips themselves. I am terrified. Again
