Oral Cancer

I have noticed a red blood like mark on tip of my tongue. Bigger than a pinprick, like a 1mm sized.

I don't remember biting BUT I did bit inside of my cheek the other day very hard and wonder if I maybe caught tongue too at the same time?

My bet is you bit it, however just monitor it and if it gets worse or doesnt clear ring the doc or dentist :)
