Hi all - i find myself back here again - seeking that all too familiar reassurance but actually feel so so fed up with my inability to control or stop this horrrible feelings and how quickly they can escalate ….. i have had a cough again (always this time of year) and have gone from zero to 100% nervous wreck since yesterday ….: now feel unable to breath properly constantly, really unsettled and shaking inside all over permanently - frazzled - just feel fed up of this endless cycle of feeling this way now but cannot change how i am
