Had my rheumatology appointment

Hi, I've just had my rheumatology appointment at the hospital, I had a back xray as that's where most of my pain is and now have to wait for an appointment to scan my hands and feet. I'm incredibly anxious about it all. I'm so frightened , as i have a huge fear of cnacer im scared they're going to find that instead.

It’s scary while waiting for the results, and when you have anxiety you always think the worst. Keep yourself busy & distracted to pass the time x
