Blood Pressure worries

Hows everyone's blood pressure? I'm on no medication. My blood pressure is 144 / 79. It can go up to 159/79 or down to 133/72 but it tends to stay in the 140s . The bottom number always stays under in the 70s or lower. Should I be on medication?

It sounds fine but of course you should always discuss with a doctor if you are worried.

Are you nervous or panicking when you take the blood pressure?

I have this problem where having my vitals taken makes my heart race and my BP go higher, so it will be like 140/90... but if I do a lot of deep breathing and keep re-taking it over and over, it will go below 120/80 and stay there consistently, I think.

How old are you? I would suggest focusing on exercising more and eating more healthily, and see where that gets you. Those two things will benefit you so much in so many ways, they're worth doing even without BP issues.
