Grieving

Hi all,

not been here for a long time but we had to say goodbye to our dog of nearly 15 years yesterday and my heart is broken.

I realise it’s normal to feel such grief but my anxiety is ramping up and hubby has gone to work so I’m in an empty house.

Not sure what to do with myself and worrying it will start it all off again.
