Anyone else struggle with white writing on black background? Like they have on the TV. Anyone know why?

Sometimes Carnation yes. If I've been on the laptop for a while then have to look at the TV suddenly, it takes a little while for my eyes to adjust.

Also after reading white writing on black, if I look away I see lines. Is this issue concerning you?
