Hi all,
Over the last month or so I keep noticing a strange dizzy feeling in my head - but the room doesn't spin and it doesn't feel like I'm unstable. It feels like I'm light-headed a few times a day and I can't figure out why. It comes and goes and there's no warning. It's making me really worried now which is a shame because I've been doing so well with HA the 6 months :(
I'm trying to put it down to muscle tension in my neck/shoulders but as it happens randomly I can't always put it down to that. I'm very stressed with university recently but again, with the randomness of it I can't pinpoint it. Has anyone else dealt with this or know how to cope? I'm really afraid I'll get worse :(
