Last night I woke up in the middle of the night to use the washroom and I thought inwas going to faint and had some mild sweating and I felt very nauseous. I barely ate anything during the day because my anxiety was very high for other reasons and so I had an empty stomach. My rational mind is telling me that my sugar probably dropped because of not eating during the day. After I ate a banana the nausea and faintness felt like it improved. Can someone please reassure me that this makes sense? Has this happened to anyone?
