Was it a panic attack?

I was watching something on TV I didnt choose to see, and it triggered a set of emotions, and all of a sudden I started feeling nausea,upset stomach, heavy sweating followed by paleness, (unbalanced blood pressure)

Could it have been the onset of panic or something else?
