Help! Panicking about nail issue

I removed some nail polish from my toes and noticed that I have white horizontal lines going across 5 of my nails.
So it's unlikely to be trauma.
It's not visible on my big toes and does not go all the way across the nail on all of them.
Is this panic-worthy or do these only show up with heart/liver/kidney disease when other symptoms have made themselves known?
