Newbie from the UK

Hi all - I’m new here and wanted to introduce myself.

I’ve suffered from panic issues since my childhood but things have become more difficult in recent months, leading to significant obsessions with my health and fear for the future. I’m keen to find a way forward and have joined this site to meet likeminded people and to offer my support to others in the same situation.
