Hey everyone, I'm new here and am just after some advice. I've had health anxiety for quite a few years and currently undergoing CBT, however, I've had an inflamed salivary duct for about a month.
I've seen the dentist and been to the docs twice about it and they said it's just inflamed and nothing to worry about but it still feels irritated and sometimes swollen. Has anyone ever had problems with this as I'm constantly thinking about the 'c' word.
