Wow i've been dealing with anxiety panic attacks for the past few months, tried everything in the world and could not get rid of the physical symptoms.
Went to the clinic today the doctor found i've had a long term sinus condition.....some sudafed and antibiotics and i've never felt better in months! He told me that the anxiety was brought on by the physical symptoms and they just fed each other.
I never thought of a sinus condition for my dizziness/headaches/and pressure but after taking the medication it began to clear and i felt great. I didn't have any stuffed up nose or things you would think of. Anyways thought I would share because he told me many people with these issues end up with anxiety.
