. Im in a lot of bowel area sharp pain and ache like i havent pooed in weeks but i did only this morning. I did have to strain this morning. I felt a little bit of pain last night so had some lactulose. And pooed almost immediately after having had it. Its much stronger painful pain and dont know why. Can i be that c9nstipated even ic ive been pooing. It also has also n9t been constant which im thankful for.
