Anyone feel like a hair or something in back of throat ?

It's making me anxious ,started out of the blur, suddenly feel like I have crumbs or hair stuck in back of throat, keeps making me gag, reach, im so super anxious at the moment ,so much going on

I’ve had this. It’s very annoying.
By any chance have you started using a new mouthwash recently? I only ask because I had a clove (dentyl) mouthwash that I started using regularly around the same time I developed the sensation of something irritating the back of my tongue/throat. When I stopped using the mouthwash, the feeling soon went!

Morning,still so worried,no I've not done anything differently, today it feels more like a mass of spiderweb in my throat , worse when drinking hot drinks , so scared

Incase it helps anybody my nurse friend told me to get a nasal spray just a salt water one, she was right did it once and it cleared it !
