Here we go, health anxiety week number 9, new symptom, nausea!

Convinced it's sinister despite having been through every other anxiety symptom so far and they have all passed!

Yes, seeing a therapist! CBT does nothing for me so I have hypnosis and use EFT. Find posting things on here just to get it off my chest helps and I gave a good circle of friends I can do the same with x
