Hi, everyone.

I'm 35 year old male form Manchester, UK. After stumbling onto this site, I now realise that I've been suffereing from some kind of anxiety disorder for years. Just reading some of the stuff on here has made me feel miles better. This looks like such a great place to discuss how you feel, I find it very hard to explain the sensations I experience to family and friends. Anyway nice to meet you all.
