Hi,
I have been almost anxiety (health specifically) free for nearly 2 years which has been amazing.
However today its come back with a vengeance :-(. I haven't fell too well all day, tired and a little dizzy. This evening I have a temperature of 38.3, feel really rubbish, shivery without a blanket on, tired and a sore neck, although this is quite possibly due to poor posture as my shoulders are so sore to touch!
Anyhow I have convinced myself I have meningitis, of all things!
Really just looking to be brought back to reality! I was doing so well and now I'm lost again.
