Pins and needles, Numbness

I have pins and needles and numbness in my left foot and hand, I’ve had it since last night, really trying not to go down the HA rabbit hole, but I am quite worried.

Pins and needles have gone !
I need to remind myself that things can come and go, it doesnt have to mean it's anything serious.
Time to enjoy the day, no googling , I know coping techniques for HA, just need to remind myself sometimes x

Doesn't sound like MND at all.

Could be a trapped nerve.

My left hand feels strange, has been like this for a while, it sort of feels heavy and stretched, along with the numbness..

Really worried about mnd, my hand feels odd and numb and tight.
I cant cope with all this stress.
The symptoms are not going.

I still have pins and needles in my left hand, but I also have stiff fingers on my right hand, this comes and goes but they often feel strange sort of stretched. I'm so worried about mnd.
I have had alot of stress recently, but these symptoms are so real..

Driven to supermarket this morning and one of my fingers feels abit stiff, so scared its mnd.
My finger feels stretched.
