Bad lower leg cramps. Worried.

So basically I’m spiraling and have been for a few weeks. I see my therapist Tuesday so hopefully some medication to aid. Anyway, today I’m experiencing some pretty bad leg and foot cramps and can’t escape the irrational worry that it’s somehow heart related.

i was experiencing random bouts of chest pain yesterday and have attributed my leg cramps to me having a heart attack yesterday. As I said, spiraling.

Sorry to hear you are feeling unwell and scared.. I would see a doctor and asked for your heart to be checked. Just to have some reassurance would be helpful. Cramps can be alleviated by magnesium. Perhaps try some?
