I experienced awful panic attacks yesterday and today. It was because I didn't eat yesterday, or today.

I've eaten now, and I feel so much better. And that is why I am posting this, to remind people to eat. It's easy to forget how important food is for us. While we're battling mental health problems, or stress, we sometimes don't feel like eating. I can easily go an entire day without food when I feel terrible.

Eat well too. Not just junk food. Avoid sugar (I'm still working on this one).

Fruit is very good for energy levels. And healthy!

I went for a walk last night, came back and ate a huge tea, followed by an entire Easter egg… it wasn’t a good idea!
