My latest intrusive thoughts has me questioning whether I know what time of day it is, usually at night because of how light it is in the evening in UK. It started off when I was getting child school things ready and I had thought 'what if you thought it was morning' when I hadn't. I often reference tomorrow/tonight in right context but I'll be constantly checking in that I know what time it is if that makes sense? I haven't had an intrusive thought so odd and don't know how to let it be. I also have one questioning what side of road cars drive on which I know, but I'll test myself and panic.
