10 years ago I was going through post natal depression. I had an unsupportive partner who was going through health anxiety and I felt alone. The responses from this forum made me feel suicidal when I tried to understand his anxiety whilst dealing with my own pain. Be kind to others. You never know what they’re going through from a few words.
