Over the past few weeks I’ve been able to keep my worries to a minimum and keep them from affecting my daily life. The other night I was on TikTok when I saw a video about some one raising awareness for cystic fibrosis. This was one of the things I had been constantly worried about before I got help with my anxiety and even just seeing the word brought it all back and sent me straight into a panic attack. Now I think even tummy ache, deep breathe, slight amount of mucas in my throat from eating or allergies is this and I feel like I lost my months of work in therapy to help all this. I’ve have gone back to being convinced I have this disease that that it will kill me. All because of one little TikTok?!?
