I didn’t see a dental post so I hope this is the correct place to post. So today I was eating salad with feta and Italian dressing. Immediately after eating my teeth felt grainy like sandpaper. Mainly my molars and the top of my molars. I could barely grind my teeth it felt so odd. I researched it could be spinach teeth but I have never had issues with spinach before. Of course it gave me anxiety and I brushed my teeth three times and it’s disappearing but I’m still weirded out. Has anyone experienced this?
