Does anyone get this?
Even after a good night's sleep.
A general feeling of either have to push yourself to do things or a feeling like you could sleep for most of the day?

Absolutely, yes, especially in this humidity. I find activity helps, but it's so hard to get going.

I wondered if humidity had something to do with it.
Maybe low pressure too.
That's a good way of describing it 'hard to get going'.
I know there can also be a burnout affect with anxiety.
Thanks BlueIris x

I often feel that way in the morning, but once I get going it’s better.
It’s very common in anxiety & low mood though C.
A shower in the morning is a good start.

I've heard that cold water is very good for the body Scass.
I sometimes use a cold cloth on my face. I'm not suggesting a cold shower, although some people do.

Cold showers are too much for me. I really like lukewarm ones, though - much better for the skin.

I couldn't either BlueIris, I'd probably cry, lol.

I've tried so many times, but I can only manage a few seconds.

I actually know someone who does these ice baths. Cold water, loads of ice, get in and stay there. I’ve seen him do it.

Can see the pleasure myself….although I’ve read on several occasions that a cold shower stops a panic attack in its tracks.

Russell Brand does it regularly Darksky.

Well this is interesting.....
I popped into town and staff from three different shops commented on how tired they were. No anxiety sufferers. So I'm wondering if it's the atmosphere.
