Quick question for the ladies - breast checking

I'm just wondering how many of you ladies check your breasts regularly and how often you do it if you do check them?
I'm quite stressed at the moment and can't bring myself to check them, anxiety is too high and I know I will feel something that will send me spiraling because I always do.
Before anxiety kicked in I used to check them every month, and I've heard of people who never check them.
How often should we do it?

Every month is the general advice from health professionals.
I go the other way though, and check them several times a week. It’s an obsession I wish I didn’t have because I always seem to find something g new to worry about!
