Scratched eye

Hi guys!

Seems like my HA is centered in my eye rn :(

Last night I accidentally whipped my eye with my phone charger. It hurt for the first few seconds but now it just feels as if there is something in my eye. I assume it is just a scratch in a layer of the eye, but I still feel scared that this might develop into something permanent like vision loss :(
