Hi everyone,
I致e read forums for so many years and always been too scared to post but after 11 years of struggling with severe health anxiety and more recently depression, I thought surely I have nothing to lose from opening up and talking to others who might just understand how I feel.
Health anxiety has taken over my life for so long and it continues to do so now :(
I知 32. I知 currently struggling with constant twitching all over my body ( although I have experienced this for years however seems
Worse now) , worried that my speech is slurred and I知 generally just drained. I知 convinced I have MND and no matter how many times I talk my self out of this , I end up back in the same place.
Will it ever stop , will I ever overcome this 🥺
