I'm in my early 30s, not particularly irregular but give or take a few days.

Last year periods have been:

27, 27, 28, 30, 26, 27, 28, 26, 25, 27, 27, 27, 27, 26, 28, 32, 27, 27, 27, 26, 27, 27 and this month is 24! Earliest it has ever been.

Only difference this month is that I've started a supplement called Starflower Oil to help with PMDD. The one month I was late I had flu.

I'm trying not to worry about CC as I'm up to date with smears (clear last Aug) but am I heading into early perimenopause?

I say early 30s, I'm 33 end of month.

Having gone through a late menopause in my mid 50's (I'm now 64) I don't think you have anything to worry about. The cycle differences look within a very normal range. Don't worry. Xx

This seems normal to me. My periods started to get a bit wacky in my 30s. No one tells us this is normal until we go to the doctor worrying about it!
