Hello, my anxiety is getting the best of me again. I found a lump in my underarm it’s squishy and mobile so I’m worried but not “can’t eat convinced I’m dying worried”. I’ve tried to leave it alone but last night as I was putting castor oil on it I started rubbing around deep inside my upper arm. Really deep inside almost from underarm to elbow it feels lumpy and bumpy and like gristle all in there. Both arms feel like this but one is worse than the other. Is this normal? I have little arms so am I just feeling my normal tissue and stuff or should I be worried? Anyone else’s arms feel like this? Again have to press hard and deep. Thanks
