Since a little over a week i've been feeling very dizzy and unbalanced, like the ground is moving underneath me or that it feels like i'm falling. Best way to describe it would be it feels like i'm walking on a boat and like i have to hold on to something so i don't fall (havn't actually fallen).
I went to the doctor on monday who checked and said everything is fine. He told me to do the 'Epley movements' however they don't do anything for me, when i do those i don't feel more dizzy, and i don't get naseous either. My dizziness is not a lightheaded feeling but more a very unsteady body feeling especially when walking.
I can't believe anxiety can cause this intense symptoms where i feel completely off balance all day even when 'relaxed'. Can anxiety cause this?
