Panicking rn!! I was ripping out a garbage bag and I had to put in a lot of force, so when it worked, my hand whipped back and I literally punched myself in the throat. I am super scared of having damaged a blood vessel and putting myself at a risk for stroke!! I tried to feel my throat on both sides and swallow at the same time. At one side, it felt a little bubbly idk, but I can't feel it every time only sometimes. Otherwise, I only have mild pain on one side that comes and goes. Idk I just feel scared that I hurt myself badly...
