Shaking hands anyone?

Does anyone else get shaking hands now and then?
If I relax my hand it doesn't shake but if I tense it on my computer keys it shakes quite badly.
I have severe anxiety - I'm in the rabbit hole of a horrible illness, I've been twitching all over the place for the past 3 months and now I've got this weird hand shaking ... anyone else get that?
If I relax my hadn't I doesn't shake but if I tense it, the whole hand shakes!!!!

Whenever I am particularly anxious my hands shake, but when I'm focused on doing something they don't. For me it's just an anxiety symptom.

Yeah, I had that when my twitching was really bad. I had all over body twitching 24/7 for a year!
I remember moving house and holding a vase with my hand, and my handed started shaking so badly I had to put the vase down or I would’ve broken it.
All anxiety. My twitching went away when my nervous system calmed down.

It's so frustrating, I can feel it when I type, like my hand will suddenly type random words - and I can feel it in my arm, if I relax my hand it goes away but if I tense it it rocks away. I can also feel all the muscles twitching in it if I Close it like a fist.
I had hang from my rafters yesterday to test my hand strength, I wonder if I did something then. I hate it. I've had anxiety really bad for 3 months now and really bad!!

Yes I do get it, I also have internal tremors and weakness feeling . Some days are better but I’m young my doctors say that anxiety can cause just about any symptom other than kill you
