Blurred vision right eye

Does anyone else get this from anxiety/stress? I've just had OCT scan, pictures taken and a dialation test, all of it came back clear and that my eyes are completely healthy. But I developed blurred vision in my right eye Monday night so I'm confused how I can just get this? Eye doctor said there is nothing wrong, so I don't want to argue with him about it. Just confused..

Had this multiple times over years. Once it lasted a while, more than a month for sure and it was also the right eye. Had to be anxiety as that was in 2016 and I still do not wear glasses.

Thanks for getting back to me! According to all my tests my vision is perfect so I don't know what's going on. Hoping it's just anxiety, I doubt the Eye doctor would want to risk his job by thobbing me off, so I'll trust that everything is ok.
