That's it really!
I have just seen two white small dots on my nail, I thought I'd good it - I thought it would be harmless and it says heart disease, kidney disease, etc etc - or it's just random and will grow out!
OK WHAT!
Anyone else get these???

I had them all the time as a kid, I didn't think they were a big deal.

Everyone gets these don’t they? They’re normally anyway. Normally from hitting your nail against something or extra calcium in the nail I heard.

i had this wen younger aso but doc was never concerned. i seem to have grown out of it

I still have them every now and then. White spots on nails are from damage to the nail. That's it.

Thanks everyone, I painted over the nail. Now I don't see it, so it doesn't exist!
