Pricking feeling in legs

I'm sorry but I'm panicking,so scared of ms, I was feeling unwell, very hot stood washing up at the sink when I started to feel pricking in my legs, all over, ot has worn off mostly now, but I'm really panicking, anybody 😪

Doesn't sound like MS to me at all.
