So last couple days ago I started to get a deep ache that felt like it was going through both arms and shooting to the wrists and hands also mid back pain . I was freaking out it could be something Cardiac related and went to the ER yesterday.. They did EKG and a complete blood test to check for heart damage. They told me everything was normal and seem to point towards a muscle skeletal issue. Today I was feeling ok up until this afternoon when I started getting this deep ache in both my arms and wrists as well as middle back discomfort. I’m freaking out they missed something or misdiagnosed me. Anybody have deep aches in both arms? Can it really be arthritis related?
