Out of nowhere this basically came back with full force, I’ve had it on and off here and there where I feel like I forget how to swallow and it’s all I can focus on. I’ll worry I’m going to choke and go into panic and my throat just cannot engage to swallow the food. If I don’t notice it or think about it though there’s no issue at all. I’m coming off an MS anxiety thing, so I’m feeling overall stressed and worried it’s MS
