Shin pain

I've got quite bad shin pain in my right leg.
Over the last few days I have done quite a lot of weeding. I'm hoping it's from that, but my HA tells me it's a DVT !
I've got no redness or swelling.
My HA is making it impossible for me to go to any medical appointments at the moment.
I'm sure the pain will go, has anyone had shin pain?

I had this a few weeks back. It was quite sharp. However I am 100% sure it came from my twisted ankle. I put my foot down a rabbit hole and tore my ligament. It’s not quite right yet but I did have shin pain in the same leg. So I’m sure weeding could cause it too.
It went after a few days.

There are four muscles on your shin, it's really easy to strain one, especially if you've been kneeling.
